  • Purchase orders are dispatched to customers through email. The processing of credit card charges is postponed for a duration of 48 business hours. Within this timeframe, the customer has the option to either cancel the order or proceed with it, affirming the accuracy of the order details. During this 48-hour period, customers are encouraged to review all specified details and conditions outlined in the Purchase Order, including the Shipping Address, Billing Address), Recipient's Name, SKU, Pricing, and Shipping Kick out Date. Customers should reply to the email containing the purchase order to confirm the details or to make any necessary corrections. A finalized version of the purchase order will subsequently be sent to the customer.

  • Payments can be made using the most widely accepted credit cards, supported by the PayPlus Gateway platform, which ensures the highest level of security for credit card transactions in accordance with the global 3DS standard. We do not store any customer credit card information on our servers. The credit card payment option allows customers to divide the total payment into several monthly installments, with a current maximum of 4 Interest Free installments available. We are committed to reviewing this policy to potentially adjust the maximum number of allowed installments in order to better accommodate the needs and preferences of our customers and BNPL loans providers plans and policies.

    The quantity of instalments selected by customers when utilizing the credit card payment option will determine the amount of ARTIFACTOR Studio Credit awarded for future purchases on our studio website. The credit allocation is as follows:

    • Single payment earns $200 in studio credit

    • Three instalments yield $150 in studio credit

    • Six instalments provide $75 in studio credit

    • Twelve instalments grant $35 in studio credit

     

    Customers will receive their reward tokens via email.

    Invoicing when using monthly instalments is done in  48 business hours after each charging customer's credit card is confirmed. Invoice is sent to Customers  via email.

  • Bank Wire Transfer is manual payment method.  Customer choosing this method should supply essential information Name, Surname, Email, Shipping and Billing addresses. By pressing Order Confirmation/Pay button Email is automatically sent to Customer's email with the complete details of the order and two corporate bank accounts info to complete Bank

    Wire Transfer. 

    Customers who paid using Bank Wire Transfer by a single payment will earn $200 studio credit.

    Customers will receive their reward tokens via email.
