Visiting and Using ARTIFACTOR Studio Website
When registering as a Customer, it is imperative that Customer provides information that is truthful, accurate, and as comprehensive as possible. Customers are prohibited from using a fictitious name or registering on behalf of another individual without their explicit consent. Additionally, the creation of multiple accounts is not allowed, and ARTIFACTOR LTD retain the authority to remove such accounts at our discretion. Order Fulfilment
To establish an Order Contract between Customer and ARTIFACTOR LTD, several steps must be followed. Initially, Customer will need to place his order for item(s) on our website by clicking the confirm order button during the process. This involves adhering to a straightforward series of instructions provided on the site.
Upon placing Customers order, Customer will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of his order. The acceptance of Customer order occurs within 2 business days once his Order and Payment has been, verified and the payment card has been approved to be charged.
Following the shipment of Customers item, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent to Customer. The Order Contract between Customer and ARTIFACTOR LTD is fulfilled upon the dispatch of the ordered item(s), unless we have informed Customer within 48 hours (2 business days) after order placement of an order rejection by ARTIFACTOR LTD in case; Customer have Incorrectly filed the Order Form or specified Incorrect Terms of Payment in Checkout stage, Modified Order Form or Cancelled his order within 48 hours after order placement. In rare instances, we may need to cancel or decline Customer’s order due to reasons such as product unavailability, payment authorization issues, pricing errors, or failure to meet eligibility criteria outlined in our Terms & Conditions. We will reach out to Customer if any issues arise with Customer’s order.
Returns
We recognize that there may be instances when Customer wish to return an artwork that does not resonate with Customer To ensure our art remains affordable yet not inexpensive, our pricing reflects the costs associated with materials, stretching, mounting, framing (if applicable), our labor, and general expenses. We intentionally exclude artistic value and artistic significance from our pricing, as these aspects are better suited for the secondary market and require time for proper assessment. Our commitment lies in utilizing the finest materials and techniques to ensure that our craftsmanship is enduring, preserving the canvas and colors for generations.
To mitigate any potential disappointment, we provide accurate photographic representations of our artworks and realistic display images in various settings, ensuring that what you see online is what you will receive.
For customers interested in experiencing the artwork in their own space, we offer a Rental Period upon request, governed by a Rental Agreement. This arrangement includes upfront payment for delivery and return shipping, along with a rental fee for the duration of the rental period. Should the customer choose to purchase the artwork, ALL rental fees paid will be credited towards the purchase price.
